Richard H. Wolf

Chief Executive Officer

Richard H. Wolf is the Chief Executive Officer of mClinical Technology. He has over 30 years of investment and operating experience in venture capital and institutional investing. Prior to joining mClinical, he was the founder and managing partner at Wall Street Technology Partners where he managed a $125 million venture capital fund. Prior to that, he was a managing director of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Private Equity Partners and related funds, and made and managed in excess of 30 private equity and partnership investments. Richard was also previously the Head of Private Equity – Americas for Siemens Financial Services, Inc. Richard has invested in and worked closely with entrepreneurs in multiple portfolio companies in a wide variety of industries in the technology sector, including Telecorp, Apriso, Interwise, MetaStorm and Sentillion, among many others.

He has served as a member of the Board of Directors at numerous private technology companies and on the advisory boards of several private equity investment funds. Richard received a S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.

Dr. Max L. Ronis M.D.

Co-Founder

Dr. Max Ronis currently is the emeritus professor and chairman of the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery at Temple University‘s health science Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Ronis held the chairmanship of the department for 27 years. During that time, he trained over 100 residents, and has published numerous articles on a myriad of surgery topics.

In addition, he has a significant background in administrative as well as research activities. As a founding member of the mCT team, he along with others conceived the mCT platform where physicians would be able to easily document and describe findings without the cumbersome, problematic clinical interaction of commercially available EMR systems.

Dr. Raymond W. Lesser M.D.

Co-Founder

Dr. Raymond Lesser is Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. He has been in clinical practice for 33 years during which time he has helped train numerous residents.

He has used numerousEMRsystems across many years. He has found the process of entering clinical informationpoorly designed and cumbersome.

Dr. Lesser has worked tirelessly for many years to develop from a physician perspective, a more intuitive and natural way of documenting clinical data.

Anthony Ferrante

Advisor

Anthony Ferrante has more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience in the healthcare industry working with numerous organizations to promote technology solutions. Over the last two decades, he dedicated his time to serving the healthcare community while at Computer Design & Integration (CDI).

Mr. Ferrante was instrumental in developing HIMSS for the healthcare community in the New Jersey and New York regions. Currently, he serves on the HIMSS National Chapter Leaders Taskforce providing insight and leadership to chapters throughout the country. In addition, he serves as a Board Member for the New Jersey HIMSS Chapter and the Co-Chair for the Events & Sponsorship Committees, and the New York State HIMSS Chapter Board as Chair of the Events Committee and co-Secretary for the Chapter to facilitate educational and training events, membership development, advocacy, and scholarship programs in local communities, respectively.

Mr. Ferrante was awarded the “Spirit of HIMSS” award during 2009, 2012, and 2013 for outstanding leadership and drive as a dedicated volunteer presented by both the NYS and NJ Chapters. Most recently, he was recognized as Chapter Leader of the Year for both the NY & NJ HIMSS Chapters by the National organization in 2013.

Steven L. Friedman

Board Member

Steven L. Friedman is a partner of Duane Morris LLP. A litigator who is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, he also serves as a board member of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, Advanced Plasma Solutions, and iCrete. He has also served on the boards of Datacorp International LLC, (sold to Bain Capital).

Mr. Friedman is a graduate of Yale University and University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was a member of the Law Review.
